You'll find the TV Program Guide via the EPG button on your digibox's remote control. On the mySKY app, the TV Guide is found on the main menu. Simply tap on the icon to open it.
A. Delayed or Slow Loading of EPGs
In some cases, the EPG takes longer time to load. You may opt to reset your digibox by simply unplugging it from the wall outlet. Wait for about 30 seconds and plug it back in. Allow your digibox to reboot. If EPG loading problems continue, please rescan your digibox. It is possible that your digibox isn't receiving the proper signals needed to populate it.
B. Missing EPGs
There are certain channels that display a “no program information” message. This occurs when the EPG schedules are not readily available from our channel partners. We continue to approach them, as well as other broadcasters, to supply us with any missing EPG data.
C. Incorrect EPGs

Due to the extended programming of some shows, such as live TV events, specials, live sports, and breaking news, EPG schedule changes are not always administered real-time. This transfer of information requires time to process from our end.

We continue to streamline our channel offerings based on ratings, programming cost, and subscriber demand. Through the years, we have added channels at no extra cost as part of our commitment to bring quality programming choices to our subscribers. Additionally, some of our channel partners have decided to end its broadcast operations in the Philippines.

Video-On-Demand

We have partnered with several video streaming sites for a more enhanced viewing experience namely, HBO GO, Netflix, and Viu Premium.

HBO GO is an over-the-top streaming service which offers live and on demand content from HBO. This service is available to SKYcable and SKY Fiber/SKYbroadband subscribers.

Viu Premium is a paid service that gives access to Asian movies, dramas & variety shows with zero ads, and unlimited downloads. Content is delivered as fast as 8 hours after its original telecast, and available via TV app or TV casting in full HD (1080p).
