- A. Delayed or Slow Loading of EPGs
- In some cases, the EPG takes longer time to load. You may opt to reset your digibox by simply unplugging it from the wall outlet. Wait for about 30 seconds and plug it back in. Allow your digibox to reboot. If EPG loading problems continue, please rescan your digibox. It is possible that your digibox isn't receiving the proper signals needed to populate it.
- B. Missing EPGs
- There are certain channels that display a “no program information” message. This occurs when the EPG schedules are not readily available from our channel partners. We continue to approach them, as well as other broadcasters, to supply us with any missing EPG data.
- C. Incorrect EPGs
Due to the extended programming of some shows, such as live TV events, specials, live sports, and breaking news, EPG schedule changes are not always administered real-time. This transfer of information requires time to process from our end.We try to maintain the EPG schedules as accurate as possible. For immediate concerns, please send us a message.
