Important Note: This will NOT affect your broadband and cable TV services.
The temporary downtime required by the system upgrade ONLY applies to the following SKY digital services:

| MySKY account on mysky.com.ph | Nov 5, 3:00 PM Until further notice | Your login access will be deactivated temporarily. We will send an advisory on when it will be back up and how you can regain access to your account. For your account concerns, please email skyserves@mysky.com.ph. |
| Bills Payment (for all digital channels) | Nov 5, 3:00 PM to Nov 6, 8:00 AM | Important Note on Bills Payment: You may continue paying using your 9-digit account number during this time. You may do this through channels that do not require logging in to the SKY website, such as GCash, Maya, and our Accredited Banks. Note that payments made during this period will be posted the following day after the completion of the system upgrade. |
| Service Requests | Nov 5, 12:00 AM to Nov 6, 8:00 AM | Service requests through KYLA will not be processed and conducted during this time. But you may email us your concerns at skyserves@mysky.com.ph. Servicing will resume after the system upgrade. |
