GENERAL MECHANICS:

1. Promo period is from December 16, 2022 (12:00 AM) to January 15, 2023 (11:59 PM). Deadline of submission of raffle entries is on January 15, 2023 at 11:59 PM.

WHO ARE QUALIFIED/DISQUALIFIED TO JOIN:

2. Promo is open to all new and existing SKY residential subscribers with an active subscription. Coverage:
   1. Mega Manila: Metro Manila, Rizal, Cavite, Laguna, Bulacan, Batangas;
   2. Regional: Baguio, Cebu, Iloilo, Bacolod, Dumaguete, Davao, Gen. Santos City, and Zamboanga
3. Only Filipino citizens of legal age (must be 18 years old upon date of joining) are eligible to join.
4. Sky Cable Corporation regular and probationary employees, its subsidiaries, and agencies, including their relatives up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity, are disqualified from joining this promo.

HOW TO JOIN:

5. To join, participant must go to mysky.com.ph/hbopromo and fill-out the following required fields:
   1. Choose answer to the question, “What is your favorite movie or series on HBO/HBO GO for 2022?
   2. ACCOUNT NAME
   3. ACCOUNT NUMBER
   4. PARTICIPANT’S ADDRESS
   5. AGE RANGE
   6. LOCATION
   7. EMAIL ADDRESS
   8. MOBILE NUMBER
   9. RELATIONSHIP TO ACCOUNT HOLDER
   10. Check box to accept Privacy Policy
   11. Check box to accept Terms & Conditions
6. To earn a raffle entry, participant must completely fill-out all the required fields and click SUBMIT. Raffle entries with incomplete details will be disqualified and considered invalid. Likewise, raffle entries submitted before and after the stated cut-off date and time are disqualified and considered invalid.
7. Only one (1) raffle entry per account is allowed.

HOW TO WIN:

8. Winners will be determined via an electronic raffle draw on January 19, 2023, Thursday at 5:00 PM at Sky Cable Corporation, 6/F ELJCC ABS-CBN Mother Ignacia St., Q.C., or at an arrangement deemed convenient for both parties such as Zoom, MS Teams or other similar video conferencing apps, in the presence of a Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) representative.
9. Account must be active and in good credit standing during the promo period and upon claiming of prize.
10. A winner can only win once. If drawn more than once, he/she wins the prize of higher value.
11. Once winners are verified by Sky Cable Corporation representatives, winners will be notified via email, registered mail, SMS, and phone call from an authorized Sky representative.
12. Announcement of winners will be posted via the SKY website mysky.com.ph/hboraffle and social media platforms: Facebook: /myskyupdates, Twitter: @myskyupdates and IG: @myskyupdates.

14. Prize is transferrable but not convertible to cash. All prizes are tax-paid

HOW TO CLAIM:

15. To claim the prize, winner must present one (1) valid government-issued ID, official notification from SKY, latest Statement of Account at the Sky Cable Corporation office, 6/F ELJCC ABS-CBN Compound, Mother Ignacia St. Quezon City. A letter of authorization and photocopy of one (1) valid government-issued ID from the winner must be presented if winner cannot personally claim the prize. Authorized representative must also present one (1) valid government-issued ID.
16. Sky Cable Corporation reserves the right to refuse delivery of the prize to an authorized representative when the documents submitted are incomplete, insufficient, or inadequate, with prior concurrence with a Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) representative.
17. Prizes may be claimed within sixty (60) days from receipt of registered mail. Unclaimed prize shall be forfeited in favor of Sky Cable Corporation with prior approval from DTI.
