7 Reality TV Shows You Should Be Watching this September

There’s nothing like a good reality TV show and a bowl of snacks to help you unwind after a long day. No matter how contrived some of them may be – and we all know some reality shows are more script than real talk – there’s no denying how easy it is to give in to the escape they provide.
This September offers new seasons and new reality shows to dive right into – which is especially great news if you’re starting to tire from re-runs of the same old seasons.
