Starting November 10, SKY’s official store, SKY Zone, is now available on Lazada. Prospective subscribers will get the ultimate V.I.P. treatment through the Priority Pass that is exclusively available on this newly opened store on LazMall.

Through the Lazada app, customers need to go to LazMall and key-in "Skyzone" on the Search bar to find SKY’s flagship store. There, shoppers can avail of the SKY Priority Pass for a very affordable price of P100 only. This pass ensures that customers can have their preferred SKY service installed within 48 to 72 hours, or get their priority fee back!

What is the SKY Priority Pass?
A SKY Priority Pass is a digital voucher you purchase through Lazada that gets your SKY Service installed within 48 to 72 hours. No more waiting!
What's the difference between this and a SKY online application?
The SKY Priority Pass is currently exclusive to SKY Zone in Lazada’s LazMall. Unlike the normal online application, purchasing the Priority Pass on SKY Zone in LazMall does not require you to fill up an application form anymore on the Lazada website. All you need to do is to purchase the Priority Pass on Lazada and your application is processed faster and installation can be done within 48 to 72 hours). However, there are only a limited selection of SKY Fiber and SKYcable plans that are initially available on SKY Zone in LazMall.
So does this mean that I can only get a Priority Pass on the services featured inside Lazada?
Yes, that's correct. We'll be expanding the roster of products in the future, but for now, only the products featured inside SKY Zone Lazada have a corresponding pass. Our complete selection of SKY Fiber and SKYcable plans are available for application through the mySKY website - mysky.com.ph
What do I have to do to get the SKY Priority Pass? Do I have to do steps prior to checking the pass out?
Yes, you do. Before you check out and pay for your SKY Priority Pass for your desired SKY Service, you need to chat first with our live agents and check if your area is serviceable so we may see if it's possible to install a SKY service in your address. Once this is done, the SKY rep will be asking for your full details as well as one valid ID to process your installation request. After fulfilling these two steps, you may proceed to buy the SKY Priority Pass so your SKY Service gets installed within 48 to 72 hours!
What if SKY doesn't get to install my desired service within 48 to 72 hours?
If we don't get to fulfill our promise, we will refund your SKY Priority Pass fee worth P100. You may choose to proceed with your installation even without the pass to continue enjoying the SKY Service.
Is the SKY Priority Pass equal to the Installation Fee?
No, the SKY Priority Pass is not your installation fee. There will be a separate installation fee that will be collected once our SKY team visits your home for installation.
