SKYcable Prepaid System Maintenance

To improve our service and to serve you better, we will be conducting a system maintenance for SKYcable Prepaid on January 24, 9pm until January 25, 9am.

After which, you will be able to do all your prepaid transactions using one number. Load, and check your balance by using our new number 23667.

FAQs:

  1. What services are affected during this period?
    • Activities such as loading and checking your load balance will not be available during this time. After which, all services will be fully operational.
  2. What if I run out of load during this period?
    • To keep enjoying your favourite cable TV channels, make sure you have sufficient load before January 24.
  3. How do I load my prepaid box after January 25?
    1. Using a SKY Prepaid Card:
      • New syntax for prepaid Card/E-Pin loading: SKYLOAD
        Ex. SKYLOAD<space>Smartcard Number<space>PIN and send to 23667 for any mobile provider
    2. Using your mobile load:
      • Text SKY250<space>Smartcard Number and send to 23667 for ABS-CBNmobile (Effective February 1, 2016 you can use your Globe and Touch Mobile SIM to load your SKYcable prepaid box)
  4. How come reloading prepaid load changed?
    • Due to the system maintenance, loading scheme for SKYcable prepaid will be changed to the following:
      1. Loading of same denomination – same channel line-up, expiry extended up to 30 days.
      2. Loading of higher or lower denomination – latest denomination loaded shall take effect. Balance of the previous load shall be pro-rated based on the latest denomination.
