Dear SKY Kapamilya,

We hope you and your family are well and safe.

You may have already received your SKY bill via email or its printed form. To help you cope with your financial obligations during these extraordinary times, we will require subscribers to pay only 50% of your outstanding balance for due dates beginning May 16, 2020.

Here are quick answers to questions you may have about your SKY bill:

1. How much do I need to pay to continue enjoying my SKY bill?

Due to the extension of the grace period for the SKY bills until May 15, do expect the bill to cover at least two months worth of subscription fees or from March 15 to May 15, depending on your bill cycle.

The outstanding balance is the sum total of your unpaid charges for the previous months and the bill for the current month. To continue enjoying your cable TV and/or broadband service, you may opt to pay just 50% of your outstanding balance.

2. How do I pay for my SKY bill?

Because your safety and convenience are important to us, we recommend that you settle your account through any of our digital payment partners listed here. You may also view your account bills and other details at mysky.com.ph/myaccounts or via the mySKY App. Send us a message through our subscriber contact form to help us serve you better.

3. Is SKY covered under the Bayanihan to Recover As One Act 2?

During the implementation of the ECQ (Enhanced Community Quarantine) and MECQ (Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine), SKY services in all of its areas of operation was compliant to the BARO2, which means our customers were given  a 30-day reprieve from paying their bills. It means that during those periods of ECQ and MECQ, our subscribers continued to enjoy their SKY service even if they are delayed with their payments for 30 days and were not disconnected.

However, all of SKY’s areas of operation are CURRENTLY under GCQ and MGCQ. Hence, the 30-day reprieve or moratorium on payments is no longer available. BUT, as provided for by the BARO 2, SKY is allowing its customers to pay their outstanding balance in staggered basis in NOT LESS THAN 3 months.

4. Does this mean, I can settle my outstanding bill beyond 3 months? Up to how many months can I pay my outstanding bill due to the effect of BARO 2?

Yes, SKY subscribers may avail of our Extended Credit Arrangement (ECA) which allows for the settlement of their outstanding balance for a minimum of 3 months to a maximum of 6 months.

5. What measures or efforts are you doing to of help ease the burden in settling their bill?

We understand that these times are challenging for all of us. Subscribers who are currently temporarily disconnected or those who may find it hard to settle their arrears in full have two options to have their service reconnected or to ensure that they will continue to enjoy their service:

  • Opt to pay at least 50% of your outstanding balance
  • Enroll their account to Extended Credit Arrangement (ECA) (see #4)

We appreciate your payment and continued support in these challenging times, as we too take care of our employees and business partners.

Thank you and stay safe, SKY Kapamilya.
