To enjoy the app from your box, click the iWantTFC App on your box’ home menu or press the iWantTFC button on your remote. A pairing screen will be displayed if you are using the app for the first time. To continue, just follow the steps on your screen to pair your iWantTFC app to your account.

HOW TO PAIR

  1. Press the iWant button on your box remote control to start streaming.
  2. If not yet paired or signed-in, your screen will display a pairing screen. If paired already, you will be directed to the iWantTFC homepage.
  3. Open your browser on your PC or Mobile and go to the website indicated on the instructions.
  4. Sign in your personal iWantTFC Account
  5. Enter the activation code on the browser

Once successfully paired, your SKY Fiber All-in Box or SKY HD Box with iWantTFC should automatically refresh to the iWantTFC home screen.

I am a SKYcable / SKY Fiber subscriber. Can I access iWantTFC for free?
Yes. Just go to iWantTFC website or download the mobile app and register for free. If you want to access more content, you may get your free Standard Plan voucher pin at https://mysky.com.ph/iwanttfc. The free Standard Plan voucher pin is available to all active SKY postpaid subscribers in digital areas nationwide.
How can I get my free Standard Access voucher pin for iWantTFC?
Register and log on to your MySKY account and then visit mysky.com.ph/iwanttfc. Choose Standard Plan then click on “Subscribe” button. Accept the Terms and Conditions and verify your subscription. Wait for the e-mail with the free Standard Plan voucher pin and then follow the instructions on the email to redeem.

I am a SKY subscriber and I have an iWantTFC account. I should have free access to most of the iWantTFC content but why can’t I watch them?
To get free access to the Standard Plan on iWantTFC, you must activate your free access first at mysky.com.ph/iwanttfc. Once done, you will receive a monthly Standard Plan voucher pin for free. Redeem your voucher pin on the iWantTFC website.
How do I redeem my iWantTFC voucher?
You may check your SKY Account e-mail for the iWantTFC voucher and then visit bit.ly/skycable to redeem. Please note that you would need to register an account on iWantTFC first before redeeming.
I’ve already redeemed my free Standard Plan on iWantTFC. Why am I still seeing ads?
The Standard Plan for iWantTFC is ad-supported. If you wish to remove these ads, you may upgrade your subscription to Premium Plan for a discounted price of Php 59.00/month only. This 50% price OFF is exclusive for all active SKY postpaid subscribers in digital areas nationwide.
I’m not receiving my vouchers anymore. Why is this?
Kindly check your account first if it is active and has no balance. Your account also should not have a pending transaction. You may contact us here to know your account status.
I don’t want to receive vouchers anymore. How do I cancel my iWantTFC subscription?
Log on to your mySKY account, then go to mysky.com.ph/iwanttfc. Scroll down to the end of the page and you should see a “Cancel My Subscription” link. Click the link and go through the cancellation process.
What’s the minimum internet speed requirement to access iWantTFC on my SKY Fiber All-in Box or SKY HD Box with iWantTFC?
The minimum speed required is 5mbps.
Can I record shows from iWant via iRecord?
No, you can only record shows from your Cable TV channels.
Do I need to register on iWantTFC to access it on my SKY HD Box with iWantTFC/SKY Fiber All-in Box?
Yes. You need to have an iWantTFC account that you’ll use to pair with your box. Upon launching the app, the box will display 5 alphanumeric activation code that you will enter in the URL indicated in the same screen. Paired box will go directly to iWantTFC home screen.
Can I use another iWantTFC account in my box?
Yes. You can sign out your iWantTFC app paired to your box by going to My Profile screen and select Unpair. The box will display Activation screen so you can pair with other iWantTFC account.
I have an SKY Fiber All-in Box and SKY HD Box with iWantTFC as additional outlet / I have multiple HD Box with iWantTFC. Can I watch iWantTFC from these boxes?
You can pair both of these boxes to one iWantTFC account but you are only able to watch a maximum number of screens
Can I watch iWantTFC from my AIB and SKY HD Box with iWantTFC even if my account is not current (have balance, arrears, pending transactions)?
No. Only customers whose account status is active can launch the iWantTFC app on their box.
How long will the software update on my box take?
The entire process will take 2 minutes.
What will happen to my SKY Fiber All-in Box or SKY HD Box with iWantTFC if I accidentally turn-off / unplug or experience power failure during the update?
The box will be damaged and it will no longer work. Please ensure that the box is powered-on during the update.
What if my box stops working after the software update?
Please contact us via the contact form on mysky.com.ph so that we can schedule a service team to go to your service address. They will need to assess first why your box is no longer working and from there, will make arrangements if your box needs a replacement. Box replacements due to software update issues are free of charge.
