What will happen to your current subscription?
Your current SKY Fiber service will be upgraded to faster speeds, with a minimal or no increase in your monthly service fee.
UPGRADE NOW* The FREE network upgrade is available to all active SKY subscribers residing in Metro Manila with no overdue balance.SKY is committed to ensuring every subscriber receives the upgrade and making this transition as smooth and seamless as possible.
- Authorized SKY representatives will be in your area for home visits to replace your current modem with upgraded equipment at no additional cost. Our team will reach out to you on the final schedule of visit depending on your area.
- Your SKY account will remain active, and services will continue as usual until the network upgrade is completed. To avail of the FREE upgrade and avoid any service interruptions, please ensure your account remains in good credit standing by fully settling your bill on time.
- After your upgrade, any existing add-on subscriptions and discounts will be discontinued and will no longer be applied to your bill.
