SKY Kapamilya, the recent onslaught of Typhoon Odette has caused cable and internet service disruptions in Visayas and Mindanao. Rest assured that we are working full-time to restore our SKY service to keep you connected with your loved ones and updated on the latest news on the situation.
SKY will suspend service disconnections in Cebu, Dumaguete, Bacolod, Iloilo, Davao, General Santos, and Zamboanga this January 2022 as we do our best to bring back our services to normal as soon as possible.
Due to these past disruptions, we will also apply the necessary adjustments to your January to February SKY billing.
