Temporary Suspension of Installation and In-Home Servicing

Dear SKY subscribers

We ask for your patience and understanding for service interruptions you might be experiencing due to limitations on our workforce and our ability to reach you.

We would like to assure you that we will exert all efforts to address your concerns during this time of enhanced community quarantine.

As your safety and that of our employees is of utmost importance, we are taking the following extra-precautionary measures to minimize public contact, covering our cable and internet services. First, we will stop all in-home servicing and second, we will stop all service installations. This will be implemented in the following areas:

  • Luzon, effective March 24, 2020
  • Cebu, effective March 27, 2020
  • Dumaguete, effective March 28, 2020
  • Iloilo and Bacolod, effective March 30, 2020

You may continue to apply for a SKY Fiber and/or SKYcable service in this website and we will attend to your request as soon as the enhanced community quarantine is lifted or until advised.
