For those who linked their SKYcable account to their SKY On Demand account, available channels and shows will be dependent on your active cable subscription.

For those who linked their SKYbroadband or SKYmobi account to their SKY On Demand account, only local channels will be available for viewing.
SKY On Demand is exclusively available to SKY subscribers. Signing up on SKY On Demand requires a an active SKY Account number.
Set Top Box
  1. Make sure that your SKY On Demand-capable HD digibox is already connected to the internet either via LAN or via Wi-Fi (using the Wi-Fi dongle).
  2. Sign up for free using the mobile app or go to on your desktop PC or laptop.
  3. Press the red button on your remote to go to launch SKY On Demand.
  4. Choose your profile.
  5. You are now ready to watch your SKY cable shows on demand.
Web Browser, iOS and Android Devices
  1. Go to or download the mobile app from the App Store or Play Store.
  2. Sign up for free with your SKY Account Number.
  3. Login via e-mail address or mobile number.
  4. Once successfully logged in, you are now ready to watch your SKY cable live TV channels and shows anytime, anywhere.

Yes. You may download it on the Play Store for Android users or App Store for iOS users.
  1. Go to or download the mobile app on the Play Store or App Store.
  2. On the website, click on the “Sign Up” button on the upper right hand corner. On the mobile app, open the hamburger navigation on the upper left hand corner, then click on“Sign Up”
  3. Choose to sign up using your email or mobile number. Verification of mobile number is needed.
  4. Create your Kapamilya Name and input your SKY Account Number, SKY Account Last Name and other pertinent information. Click on the checkbox or toggle button to agree to the Terms and Conditions, then click on the Sign Up button.
  5. Verify your email address by clicking on the button on the email sent to the email address you provided.
  6. Once verified, you may now login and watch your SKY cable live TV channels and shows anytime, anywhere!
  1. On the website, click on the Login or Sign Up button on the upper right hand corner. On the mobile app, open the hamburger navigation on the upper left hand corner and click on Login or Sign Up.
  2. For existing users, enter your email address or Kapamilya Name and password then click on login.
  3. Users logging in with their email address without an existing Kapamilya Name will be asked to create one upon login.
No. For smartphone and tablet users, you will need to download the mobile app from the Play Store or App Store as the website will not work on mobile browsers.
No. You can use the same email address and password that you have registered to login.
Due to system migration, users who have signed up on January 11, 2018 onwards will have to sign up again. Signing up is easy! Just prepare your SKY Account Number and fill in other information such as your Name, Last Name, E-mail Address, and Kapamilya Name.
Go to the Login or Sign Up page and click on “Forgot Password”. You may enter either your email or mobile number to retrieve your password.
After logging in, click on “My Account”. It can be found on the dropdown button on the upper right hand corner on the website or click on the hamburger navigation on the upper left hand corner on the mobile app. Beside your password, click on “Change Password”.
No. The pin will not be needed anymore for logging in and purchasing content on SKY On Demand.
Kapamilya Name is the new username or login on SKY On Demand, iWant TV and other Kapamilya sites. It’s like your very own screen name in Kapamilya Accounts. You can change this anytime in your profile.
For your convenience in accessing ABS-CBN and SKY websites, the Kapamilya Name will serve as your “one account, access all” credential.

If you have multiple SKY subscriptions, channels that you can access depend on your active subscription. For example, if you have both SKYcable and SKYbroadband subscriptions, if your broadband plan becomes inactive, you can still access your cable channels. If your cable plan becomes inactive, the channels you can access are local channels.

If you have one subscription plan, you will only be able to watch the latest three episodes of local shows.
Due to licenses and rights, not all channels available on your SKYcable subscription are mirrored on SKY On Demand.

Yes. What you see on your regular TV channel is the same as what you see on SKY On Demand.
No. Only streaming is allowed.
Yes, however, only two devices are allowed to stream at the same time. One of the devices should be the SKY On Demand-capable HD digibox.
No. SKY On Demand is only accessible in the Philippines. This is in compliance with the licensing agreements with the different channel and content providers.
No. The purchase functionality from the previous version is currently not available. To purchase Pay-Per-View content that can be accessed on SKY On Demand, you may visit or contact us via the contact page.
If the Select Channel or Pack is available on the SKY On Demand content catalogue, you will be able to watch it online.

If you have already activated the Pay-Per-View on your SKYcable account, you can already access it on SKY On Demand for free. Just go to the Pay-Per-View section and click on the content that you have subscribed to.
You may use any type of internet connection to watch cable shows.
No. You can now directly watch content without the SKY On Demand Player.
