While our bill payment grace period ended on May 15, 2020, we seek to help you cope with the demands on your finances.
For bills with due dates beginning May 16, you may opt to settle at least 50% of your outstanding balance on or before your due date. You will not get disconnected and continue to enjoy your broadband or cable TV service by settling just half of your outstanding bill.
These measures are being done to help keep you and your family keep yourselves connected and informed, as well as relieve some of your concerns as we all continue to face the challenges brought by the threat of COVID-19.
