- To avail of the promo, subscriber should submit:
- Duly filled-up and signed application form
- Photocopy of valid ID (original to be presented)
- Proof of Billing - statement of account from any of the following utilities:
- Internet Bill (wired/wireless; postpaid)
- Phone Bill (mobile/landline; postpaid)
- Cable TV Bill (postpaid)
- Credit Card Bill
- Electricity Bill
- Water Bill
- The said proof of billing must meet the following:
- Must be under the name of the applicant
- Statement date must not be more than 60 days
- Must have no disconnection notice
- Bill should show that last bill has been paid in full (or provide proof of payment)
- In lieu of a valid Proof of Billing, an advance payment equivalent to the subscribed plan’s Monthly Service Fee (MSF) may be settled to be able to avail of the free installation offer.
- Advance payment of MSF (if applicable) must be paid upfront during installation.
- Other existing policies and conditions for new subscriptions will apply.
- Amount of free installation is non-transferable and non-convertible to cash.
- This promo cannot be availed in conjunction with other SKY installation promos.
- SKY employees, its agencies and affiliates including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from availing of this promo.
