TIPS
Before filling out the subscription form, make sure you are in front of your TV and that your TV and Digibox are both turned ON.

Be ready with your Account Number, which can be found on your Statement of Account.

At the end of the activation process, you must confirm with YES or NO; otherwise, your subscription will be cancelled or will not be processed.

Who are allowed to activate online?
All active SKYcable residential subscribers in digital areas nationwide with good credit standing

How many channels/packs can a subscriber buy online?
Subscribers may purchase channels or packs amounting to a maximum of Php2,500 per day. Only one channel or pack can be purchased per transaction.

What can trigger possible failed transactions?
Failed transactions may be due to one or more reasons such as the account's validity and credit status, the customer's cable TV subscription line-up, his/her online transaction history, and the compatibility of the channel/pack intended to be purchased with the type of his/her Digibox (SD/HD). An error message like the one below will appear to inform the subscriber on the reason for failed transaction. Subscriber will be allowed of up to 3 failed transactions within 24 hours to successfully activate.
ERROR 1: Your account currently has an outstanding balance. We encourage you to immediately pay to avoid disconnection and be able to avail of this service.

Can a subscriber deactivate his subscription online?
NO. Deactivation must be made by calling the Customer Service hotline.

What payment scheme will apply on the billing?
The payment scheme that will apply is the payment scheme for your basic plan.
