Raise Your Kids’ AQ with Edutainment Programs from ZooMoo

Last February 9, ZooMoo, in partnership with SKYcable, held a press event with a panel discussion stressing the importance of teaching children how to care for the environment atan early age. The panel was led by journalist and environmental advocate Gregg Yan, lifestyle television host Kelly Misa-Fernandez, and ZooMoo Sales and Marketing Manager Trippy Padilla at the Zoo Coffee in Ayala Vertis North.

“ZooMoo is a channel all about animals, we have collaborated with some of the world’s foremost wildlife filmmakers, early childhood educationalists and technology developers to make sure we give realistic and age appropriate content to our target viewers. In ZooMoo, we nurture the kids’ Animal Quotient, it is where they get deeper information about animals, their habitats, behaviour, and characteristics, in a simplified yet very visual way that are highly appealing to kids,” said Padilla. “Exposing children about animals at an early age teaches them to be more compassionate human beings and makes them more conscious of their ways. Kids learn more about what humans should do to make sure they do not cause any harm to these creatures and their habitat.” Padilla added.

The afternoon event, exclusive to SKY subscribers, was dedicated to a slew of fun, animal-themed activities for kids, ranging from face painting, to colouring activities. They also got the chance to learn interesting trivia, and simple tips on how they can do their part to conserve the environment.
