WHO ARE ENTITLED TO AVAIL

SKY subscribers who provide or update their email address and /or mobile number through update.mysky.com.ph during the promo period.

To earn a raffle entry, SKY subscriber must have provided a new email address or mobile number through the specified webform and completed the submission.

HOW TO UPDATE CONTACT DETAILS

  • From the SKY homepage, social media page or email blast, subscriber clicks the link going to the webform (link).
  • Subscriber indicates his account number and answers security question.
  • Subscriber indicates new or updated email and address and mobile number, then clicks “Update.”
  • Subscriber will receive an OTP (One-Time PIN) through the email address or mobile number provided. Subscriber enters the OTP in the space provided then clicks “Next.”

EARNING OF ENTRIES & WINNERS QUALIFICATION

Each completed submission earns the subscriber 1 raffle entry to the promo.

All the entries during the promo period will be extracted 5 days after the promo period.

All submissions made beyond the stated cut-off time will be considered invalid.

Per SKY account, there will only be 1 raffle entry.

A person with multiple SKY accounts updated/provided email address and/or mobile number on more than 1 SKY account shall be entitled to multiple raffle entries that are equivalent to the number of accounts which were provided with contact details. However, a subscriber can only win once, the prize is whichever is of higher value.

To qualify, a SKY subscriber must be active (no delinquent due) and must not unsubscribe from SKY subscription until the end of the promo period, January 15, 2022.

TIMELINE

Raffle entries cut-off: January 31, 2022 at 11:59 PM

Raffle draw: February 1, 2022 at 1:00PM to 5:00 PM

Validation of winners: February 2 to 10, 2022

Announcement of winners: February 11, 2022

NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS

Names of verified winners will be announced via SKY Facebook Page and SKY website.

Winners will also be notified via telephone call by the official SKY representatives.

If winner cannot be reached thru e-mail OR phone call, he/she will be sent a couriered mail.

Upon receipt of confirmation that the winner has received the notification, the winner will have 60 days to claim his/her prize. Failure to do so, the winner will be forfeited upon approval of DTI and the next winner will be replaced by the first one on the buffer list.

No text notifications will be sent to the winner advising him/her that he/she won.

CLAIMING OF PRIZE

Metro Manila and provincial/regional winners will receive their prizes via courier. The winner will need to present his/her 2 valid Government IDs w/ signature and sign a waiver during the delivery. The prize must be claimed within 60 days upon receipt of notification otherwise, it will be forfeited in favor of SKY Corporation with prior DTI approval. Prizes are not convertible to cash. Prizes are transferrable if the winner cannot accept the prize for personal reasons. SKY has the right to require authorization letter from the winner. Prizes will be awarded after validation process.

RULES & DETERMINATION OF WINNERS

Each successfully completed contact detail update or submission will be randomly assigned a corresponding raffle number using their SKY account details. Raffle winners will be drawn electronically on the specified date of draw. Participants can only WIN ONE PRIZE, whichever is of higher value. Only Filipino citizens of legal age (18 years old and above; upon date of joining) are eligible to join.

Who are disqualified to join the promo?

All employees, directors, and officers of the sponsor (SKY Corporation), and their relatives up to the second civil degree of consanguinity or affinity, are disqualified from joining the program. Persons reporting regularly to the sponsor under a contract of service and who, by the nature of the service they render may have a direct and personal knowledge of the promotion are likewise disqualified. Non-Filipino citizens Minors upon date of joining (below 18 years old) Prizes are transferable. Prizes are not convertible to cash. All expenses (courier) pertaining to the delivery of the prizes to the winners shall be shouldered by prize sponsor. SKY and the representative from the DTI will be present during the determination of winners (draw date and time specified above), at 6th Flr. ELJ Bldg, ABS-CBN Compound, Sgt Esguerra St. South Triangle, Quezon City, or any arrangement that is convenient to both parties (remote, or via zoom, etc.).

CONTROL MEASURES

A DTI representative shall be invited to check and validate the assigning random computer-generated numbers to all qualified entries and drawing of winners. Raffle numbers will be pre-assigned at random to all qualified participants in the presence of the DTI representative before drawing winners. After the winners are determined, they will be verified from the generated list by an SKY representative and the DTI’s representative. A soft copy of the generated list of qualified participants and assigned raffle entry shall also be given to the DTI representative. The list of winners will be given to the DTI representative after determination. Sponsor will inform DTI of the final winner after verifying and any disqualified winner(s) and reason(s) for disqualification.
