Where is SKYdirect available?

SKYdirect is available anywhere in the country even in remote areas like mountains and islands since we are not dependent on cable infrastructure. SKYdirect transmits signal via satellite. As long you have the satellite dish, LNB and the SKYdirect digibox, you can enjoy watching your favorite shows.

What are the subscription requirements?

We only require 1 valid ID and the accomplished application form.

Can I apply for a 2nd box?

Yes, your 2nd box is only P1,499. The installation fee for the 2nd box is free if you install this together with your 1st digibox. You will be charged a minimum P500 service fee on the 2nd box if installed on a later date.

I already have an existing satellite dish from a different provider. Can I apply for a box-only package?

Of course! Provided that your existing dish is still working, we can reuse this and just install the SKYdirect Digibox so you can enjoy watching exclusive and top rating channels that only SKYdirect offers.

What happens if I don’t load after my previous prepaid plan expires?

You will be able to watch a few channels for a few days.

What other features does the SKYdirect digibox have?

SKYdirect has an iRecord feature that gives you the power to record, rewind and pause live TV, so you never miss out on any of your favorite shows and scenes. All you need is a USB where you can store your recorded shows.

Warranty Guidelines*

Sky will warrant that the DTH Equipment inclusive of Satellite Dish Antenna, Low-Noise Block Converter (LNB) and Digital Satellite Receiver (Digibox) are free from defects, in materials or workmanship within the specific warranty period. Warranty provisions are governed by the following terms and conditions:

Sky and its authorized distributor warrants that the DTH products inclusive of Satellite Dish Antenna, Low-Noise Block Converter (LNB) and Digital Satellite Receiver (Digibox), collectively known as the “DTH Equipment”, are free from defects, in materials or workmanship within the specific warranty period. Warranty provisions are governed by the following terms and conditions:

1. Digital Satellite Receiver (Skyworth HDMV 156) is covered by a twelve (12) months warranty from the date of installation inclusive of parts and labour.
2. Satellite dish antenna and LNB IS covered by a six (6) months warranty from the date of installation inclusive of parts and labour.
3. During the warranty period, Sky or its authorized Distributor shall repair or replace, at their option, any defective DTH Equipment or parts with new or refurbished items, of good working condition. Parts or labour in repairing or replacing the DTH Equipment shall be free of charge. The external casing and other accessories such as Remote control, HDMI Cable, RCA Cable shall not be covered under these terms.
4. The subscriber also shall have no coverage or benefits under this limited warranty if the following conditions are applicable:
   1. The DTH Equipment has been subject to lightning, exposure to wet weather, exposure to excessive temperature or other such environmental conditions, unauthorized modifications, unauthorized connections, unauthorized repair including but not limited to use of unauthorized spare parts in repair/s, misuse, neglect, abuse, accident alteration, improper and substandard installation, Acts of God, spill of food or liquid, or other acts which are beyond the reasonable control of Sky including deficiencies in consumable parts unless caused directly by defect of materials or workmanship, and normal wear and tear of the DTH Equipment.
   2. Tampering by unauthorized technicians shall invalidate this warranty. Subscribers are advised to bring the units to Sky or its authorized Distributor.
   3. Warranty shall not be honoured if the Serial number of the DTH Equipment or other applied identified labels is removed, altered or obliterated.
   4. The defect or damage was caused by unauthorized installation.
   5. DTH equipment connected to accessories that are not supplied by SKY, or not compatible with the DTH Equipment.

5. The replaced units, parts and boards, shall become property of Sky or its authorized distributor.
6. Upon the date of replacement, the replaced DTH Equipment will be warranted for the balance of the original warranty period.
7. The subscriber is not required but encouraged to show the proof of purchase to support the validity of purchase.
8. This warranty does not cover any damage cause by accident, transport, improper use and storage, negligence, natural disaster or cause by use of voltages other than required or operating manner that is not covered by the Instruction Manual.
9. Sky or its authorized distributor shall not be liable for incidental or any damages or a loss of expected services, benefits, profits, work stoppage or loss of data comes out from the use or inability to use of the DTH Equipment. 
10. This warranty is non-transferable and will not be claimed without the properly and correctly filled-out application form.
