4. To avail of the promo, subscriber should submit:
   • Duly filled-up and signed application form
   • Photocopy of valid ID (original to be presented)
   • Proof of Billing - statement of account from any of the following utilities:
     • Internet Bill (wired/wireless; postpaid)
     • Phone Bill (mobile/landline; postpaid)
     • Cable TV Bill (postpaid)
     • Credit Card Bill
     • Electricity Bill
     • Water Bill
     • Association Dues Bill (issued by Admin)
   • The said proof of billing must meet the following:
     • Must be under the name of the applicant
     • Statement date must not be more than 60 days
     • Must have no disconnection notice
     • Bill should show that last bill has been paid in full (or provide proof of payment)
5. In the absence of a valid Proof of Billing, an advance payment equivalent to the subscribed plan’s Monthly Service Fee (MSF) may be settled to be able to avail of the free installation offer.
6. In the absence of both valid Proof of Billing and One-Month Advance, the following discounted installation fees shall apply:
   • ₱500 for any Unli Fiber-Fast Plans
   • ₱1,000 for any Unli Fiber + Cable Bundle Plans (both Cable & Broadband are new installs)
     This discount option is available for subscribers in Metro Manila only.
7. Advance payment of MSF (if applicable) must be paid upfront during installation.
8. Other existing policies and conditions for new subscriptions will apply.
9. Amount of free installation is non-transferable and non-convertible to cash.
10. This promo cannot be availed in conjunction with other SKY installation promos.
11. SKY employees, its agencies and affiliates including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from availing of this promo.
