SKY #BETHESPARK Christmas Promo

WHO CAN JOIN THE PROMO:

1. This promo is open to all residential subscribers nationwide:
   1. All SKYfiber Unli Broadband Subscribers
   2. All SKYfiber Unli Broadband + HD Cable TV Subscribers
   3. All SKYfiber Unli Broadband Home WiFi Subscribers
   4. All SKYcable Subscribers
   • Open to subscribers with good account standing and with HBO as part of channel line-up and extended to members of account holder’s household.
2. By joining and participating in #BeTheSpark promo, participants confirm, agree to and acknowledge that:
   1. He or she has read the full mechanics of this promotion and agrees to abide by its terms and conditions;
   2. SKY Cable Corporation shall receive his or her volunteered registration data and that all information supplied by him/her will be used by SKY Cable Corporation in accordance with its privacy policy;
   3. Promotion period is from December 11, 2020 (Friday) – January 3, 2021 (Sunday).

JOINING THE PROMO:

3. Qualified participant must register through the official promo landing page via mysky.com.ph providing the following information:
   1. Subscriber’s name
   2. Participant’s name (if non-subscriber but a household member)
   3. Participant’s birthday
   4. Subscriber’s account number
   5. Subscriber’s/participant’s mobile number
   6. Subscriber’s/participant’s email address
   7. Subscriber’s/participant’s complete address
   8. Social media account/s (Facebook, Twitter or IG handle)
   9. Relation to subscriber (if non-subscriber but a household member)

   Participant must answer the question, “How can YOU #BeTheSpark of hope and joy to others?”

   1. Answers must have a maximum of 200 characters.
   2. Answers may be written in preferred regional language (e.g. Ilocano, Tagalog, Hiligaynon, Chavacano, etc.).
   3. One entry only is allowed per participant.
4. Deadline of submission of entries is on January 3, 2021, 11:59PM (Sunday).
5. Participants are encouraged to share their answers on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram, tag SKY’s official social media accounts and use the hashtag #BeTheSpark.

DETERMINING THE WINNERS AND PRIZES:

6. Winners will be determined based on the following criteria:
   1. CONTENT (capturing the message, the presentation and the structure) at 30%
   2. UNIQUENESS (capturing the ideas generated, the distinctiveness and the authenticity) at 35%
   3. IMPACT (capturing the feelings shared and the passion) at 35%
7. Judging of winners is on January 6-7, 2021 (Wednesday-Thursday).
8. Judges are:
   1. Gidgette Marie G. Faustino – Head, SKY Integrated Marketing
   2. Carlos M. Jazmines – Manager, SKY HROD
   3. Katharine Lola L. Maristela – Manager, SKY Programming
   • A representative from Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) will be invited to witness the identification of winner/s.
9. Determination of the top 40 winners is based on individual score ranking. In case of a tie for a specific rank, scores will be reset and entries will be re-judged for that rank.
10. Winners’ announcement is on January 11, 2021 (Monday) via the official promo landing page.

    • Prizes are non-transferable, not convertible to cash and cannot be replaced with other items.
12. All prizes taxes will be shouldered by SKY Cable Corporation.
13. For winners of motorcycle, registration, insurance and other related expenses will also be shouldered by SKY Cable Corporation.

NOTIFYING THE WINNERS:

14. Winners will be notified via email, registered mail and SMS (directing to email notification). Winners are required to reply to the email for confirmation with their name, contact number/s and complete shipping address.

DELIVERING AND CLAIMING THE PRIZES:

15. Prizes will be delivered to the winner’s registered address within 60 days after confirmation. For winners of motorcycle, they will be accompanied to the dealer shop for unit turn-over accompanied by a SKY representative.
16. Winner must present 2 (two) of any valid government IDs (e.g. Driver’s License, UMID Card, Philippine Passport, PRC ID or its equivalent) and the notification letter/registered mail or the notification via email.
17. If the winner is a member of the household and not the account holder (non-subscriber), he/she must present:
    1. 2 latest copies of SKY billing statements or eSOAs addressed to account holder
    2. 2 (two) of any valid government IDs
    3. Notification letter/registered mail or notification via email from SKY
    4. An endorsement letter from the account holder
18. Winners must also sign the Prize Winnings Certification Form/Acknowledgement Form and must take a photo or a video with SKY representatives and/or logistics service partner as part of the award documentation. Winners are also encouraged to send their photos/videos with the prizes through email and send it to [email protected] or [email protected]
19. In case winners are not available on the schedule of delivery, an authorized representative may claim the prizes provided he/she has the following:
    1. A letter of authorization to claim from the winner
    2. 2 latest copies of SKY billing statements or eSOAs addressed to account holder (if non-subscriber)
    3. An endorsement letter from the account holder (if non-subscriber)
    4. 2 (two) of any valid government IDs of the authorized representative.
    5. Notification letter/registered mail or notification via email from SKY

IMPORTANT NOTE:

20. SKY Cable Corporation employees, its agencies, its advertising partners and affiliates including their relatives up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are not qualified from joining this promo.
