    2. What do I need to be able to watch the videos?
      SKY On Demand is exclusive to SKY postpaid subscribers. You must have an active Cable and Internet subscription from SKY.
    3. Where is SKY On Demand available?
      SKY On Demand is available nationwide. You can access it via PC and laptop through your web browser, via your smartphones and tablets by downloading the app in Apple store or Google Play store, or via your TV through the SKY On Demand digibox. The SKY On Demand digibox is available in Mega Manila and selected regions.
    4. What’s the difference between SKY On Demand and iWant TV?
      You can watch your SKY channels, ABSCBN TV shows, Hollywood and local blockbuster movies on SKY On Demand. In iWantv, only ABSCBN produced content are available.

  • Getting Started: Registration, Log in, and Access

    1. How do I use SKY On Demand?

      Step 1: Create an account on www.skyondemand.com.ph or download the mobile app from Apple store or Google Play store. Register your Sky account number and email address.

      Step 2: Log in via Facebook/ e-mail address/ mobile number.

      Step 3: Browse through the content. You can choose from Live TV, TV Shows, and Movies

    2. How do I register?
      For new users:
      1. Go to www.skyondemand.com.ph or download the mobile app from Apple or Google Play Store.
      2. Click on log in.
      3. Click on register.
      4. Input your e-mail address.
      5. Input your SKY account number, account holder’s last name and other pertinent information. Only one (1) SKY On Demand account is allowed per household.
      6. Create a password and pin. Password will be used when you log in via the web browser or app. A minimum of 6 characters is required. Pin will be used to log in on the SKY On Demand digibox and to make any purchases on SKY On Demand.
      7. Verify your account by clicking the confirmation link sent to your email address.
      8. Log in on SKY On Demand to enjoy the service.

      For iWantv users:
      1. Go to www.skyondemand.com.ph or download the mobile app from Apple or Google Play Store.
      2. Click on the login button and input your existing iWantv email address/mobile number and password.
      3. Go to My Profile tab > Accounts Management > input your SKY account number and last name.

      If you have multiple accounts/users under your profile, you will be asked to verify the account holder’s last name associated with the SKY account number. If your account has been taken, call the SKY hotline at (02)381-000 or your local SKY office to verify.

      *Only one (1) SKY On Demand account is allowed per household.
    3. I am asked to input a pin. What is this for?

      The pin is used to verify any purchase on SKY On Demand. This is also used to log in on the SKY On Demand digibox.

      *If you were pre-registered by your customer service agent, the default pin is 0000. Please change your pin on the web browser or on the app to keep it more secure.

    4. The confirmation link to register expired. What should I do?
      You just have to register again and a new confirmation link will be sent to your email.
    5. I have multiple SKY accounts under my name. Can I create multiple accounts in SKY On Demand?
      Only one SKY On Demand account is allowed per subscriber. Don’t worry, all privileges attached to your other SKY accounts under your name will be reflected.
    6. How do I log in?
      For new subscribers:

      You can log in via Facebook, email address, or your registered mobile number.

      For subscribers with an existing iWantTV account:

      Log in using your existing iWantTV credentials. For those who do not have an associated SKY account in their iWantv profile, add your SKY account number in your profile page to enjoy your SKY cable channels. Simply go to My Accounts Management > My Profile’ tab.

      For subscribers logging in on their SKY On Demand digibox:

      Choose your profile and input the pin you entered during your registration. If you were pre-registered by your customer service agent, the default pin is 0000.

  • SKY On Demand Free Trial

    1. When will my 60-day free trial start?
      This will begin upon your first log in.
    2. What happens when my 60-day free trial expires?

      The free trial is for the access of all movies and Cartoon Network full season shows on SKY On Demand. It requires no commitment, no hidden charges, and will not be automatically billed to your account.

      You can still watch your SKYcable channels live and catch the latest TV episodes on-demand free of charge. Accessible channels are based on your SKY postpaid subscription plan.

      If you are a SKYcable subscriber, channels on SKY On Demand are based on your cable plan given you access them via SKYbroadband or SKYmobi internet connection. If you do not have a SKYcable plan but are a SKYbroadband or SKYmobi subscriber, you will be able to access ABSCBN channels and TV shows.

    3. How can I access movies and full season cable shows after my 60-day free trial?
      You must subscribe to the monthly Premium Pack. This will be billed to the account you used to log-in or the account you specified for.
  • Account Management

    1. I am a registered iWantTV subscriber with multiple users/accounts. How do I watch on SKY On Demand?

      If you are the account owner, we encourage you to log-in to SKY On Demand. You will be asked to input the account holder’s last name associated with the SKY account number. If your account has been taken, call the SKY hotline at (02)381-000 or your local SKY office to verify.

      For multiple users sharing a single SKY account, only one user will be allowed. This is to give you better control and security of your account.

      *You can only verify your account up to three times.

    2. I am an iWantTV subscriber with multiple users in my account/s. When will the 60-day free trial of movies and full season TV shows start?

      The 60-day free trial is triggered by the first log-in of the subscriber. If you see the screenshot below, it means the free trial period has started:

    3. Can I still watch videos if my account has been temporarily disconnected?

      Yes, you can still watch ABSCBN channels and the latest 3 episodes of ABSCBN shows. If you have multiple subscriptions and you still have one active subscription, you can watch all episodes of ABSCBN shows.

  • Playing Videos on SKY On Demand

    1. Can I download shows/movies?
      No, only streaming is allowed. You must have an active internet connection to watch.
    2. Are the live TV channels shown in real time?
      Yes, what you see in regular TV is the same as what you will see in SKY On Demand Live TV channels.
    3. I want to watch more channels. What do I do?
      Upgrade your SKYcable plan subscription or add channels via Select to be able to watch channels that are available on SKY On Demand. To inquire, you can text 23667 or call the hotline at (02) 381-000 for Metro Manila or visit your local SKY office.
    4. Why do I see an error message "Sorry, this content cannot be played on a rooted or jailbroken device due to content rights."?
      Unfortunately, these devices are not compatible with SKY On Demand because content rights protection is not part of the phone's functionality or it was removed by jailbreaking the device.

    1. Can I access SKY On Demand using different computers/laptops?
      Yes, you may access SKY On Demand in any computer/laptop that supports the basic system requirements. You can register up to 5 devices per user.
    2. Is the SKY On Demand app free of charge?
      Yes.
    3. Can I do simultaneous log in and streaming on 2 laptops/PCs/mobile devices?
      No, you cannot log in and stream on 2 devices at the same time. This is only allowed if the other device is your TV via the SKY On Demand digibox.
    4. What are the minimum device specifications required to watch on SKY ON Demand?

    5. Is SKY On Demand compatible with Mac?
      Yes. SKY On Demand is compatible with Mac OS X 10.10.0 Yosemite and up.
    6. I downloaded the latest SkyOnDemand video player but it doesn’t work. What do I do?

      If you have a previous SkyOnDemand player, try uninstalling the player and then re-install again. Follow the steps below to uninstall.

      STEP 1: Go to Control Panel and click on "Uninstall a Program"


      STEP 2: Uninstall ALL SkyOnDemand Players.


      STEP 3: Ensure that all files associated are deleted.
      Go to My Computer > Drive (C:) or Local Disk (C:) > Program Files or Program Files (x86) > Look for the SkyOnDemandPlayer folder.
      If the folder exists, delete the folder.


      STEP 4: >Download and install the latest SKY On Demand Player here.
    7. Can I apply for more than one SKY On Demand digibox?
      Only one SKY On Demand digibox is allowed per customer/household as of the moment.
    8. How do I change my pin in the SKY On Demand digibox?

      At this moment, this feature is not yet available in the digibox. You can edit your pin by going to www.skyondemand.com.ph or on the SKY On Demand app. Simply log in, go to My Profile > Change/Reset Pin. The default pin is 0000.

    9. How much does the SKY On Demand Digibox cost?
      For new installation - Php2,499
      Upgrade from existing SD Gold and Silver plan - Php1,399
      Upgrade from existing bronze/below silver plan - Php1,999
      Upgrade from existing HD subscription - Php999
    10. What is the minimum bandwidth required?
      The recommended speed is 2 mbps for broadband and 512 kbps for 3G connection.
  • Subscribing to SKY On Demand and Billing

    1. How do I subscribe to a SKY On Demand Pack?

      You may subscribe by clicking the Play icon on the video player or click the Get Access button found below the video player. Follow the steps to confirm your purchase.

      For iOS devices, in-app purchases are not allowed. You will be redirected to an external page or use another device (PC/laptop or Android device) to subscribe.

    2. Can I still subscribe to a SKY On Demand Pack if my account has recently been disconnected?
      You must have an active account to subscribe to a SKY On Demand Pack. If you have multiple SKY accounts, you can subscribe using your other active account.
    3. I tried to subscribe but my transaction failed. What do I do?
      You may be experiencing difficulties because of the following reasons:

      1. You have an outstanding balance.
      2. Your account is temporarily or permanently disconnected.
      3. You have a pending application for a service.

      If you are still having troubles with your account, text 23662 or call the SKY hotline at (02)381-0000 or your local SKY office.
    4. Can I purchase on any device?

      If you are using a PC or laptop, an Android device, or a SKY On Demand digibox, you may purchase directly on the SKY On Demand website, mobile app, or digibox respectively. If you are using an iOS device, you will be redirected to an external page to subscribe.

    5. I am an iOS device user and I can’t purchase on my device. What do I do?
      Currently, we do not support in-app purchases on iOS devices. You will be redirected to an external page. After filling out the form, your request will be activated within 24 hours. You may also subscribe through the web browser or your other mobile devices. You may also call the SKY hotline at (02) 381-0000 or your local SKY office.
    6. I subscribed to a SKY On Demand Pack but I can’t access it. What do I do?
      To enjoy your subscription, you must access it via SKYbroadband or SKYmobi internet connection.
    7. I have multiple SKY accounts. Where will my SKY On Demand subscription be charged?
      It will be charged to the account you used to log in or the account you specified for.
    8. Can I transfer the remaining days of my subscription plan to my other SKY account?
      Your subscription is non-transferrable to other SKY accounts.
    9. I subscribed to a SKY On Demand Pack but my SKY account was disconnected. Can I subscribe to the same subscription plan under a different SKY account?
      Yes, but this will count as a new subscription. Prior subscription using your SKY account which was disconnected will not carry over the remaining days to your other account.
    10. I subscribed to a SKY On Demand Pack and the account I used was disconnected. What happens to my subscription?
      Your subscription will be suspended until you settle your bill. Once you reconnect, this will be reactivated. If you subscribed to the same SKY On Demand Pack using a different account prior reconnection, charging will now be under the new account identified.
    11. I have remaining days unused in my subscription plan but my SKY account was disconnected. Will I be charged the full amount?
      Once you subscribe, you will be charged the full amount to your SKY account.
    12. How and where do I pay if I want to subscribe to a SKY On Demand Pack?
      For easy payment this will be charged to your registered SKY account and which will be reflected on your next bill cycle.
    13. The SKY account I used to log in is different from my SKY account where I am being billed my subscription plan. Would I still be able to watch my subscription?
      Yes, you will still be able to play content under your subscription plan even if you logged in using your other SKY account. The account associated for billing is independent of the account used to log in.
    14. How do I unsubscribe my SKY On Demand subscription?
      For easy payment this will be charged to your registered SKY account and which will be reflected on your next bill cycle.
