You can easily reach us for your service queries and requests through our text hotline 23662. Messages sent to and received via the SKY Text Hotline are free.

Note that on July 16, 2020, the keywords will change and require the addition of "SKY" prior to the specific keyword.

Please refer to this table for a complete list of new keywords to be sent to 23662 beginning that date.
